Theresa Mogavero

STURBRIDGE: Theresa (Wassmer) Mogavero, 85, formerly of Arnold Road died Friday, August 19 in Golden Living after an illness.

Theresa is survived by ten sisters: Jean Beaudry of Fiskdale, Beatrice Chartier of Southbridge, Claire Gloulet and her husband Wilfred of Sturbridge, Annette Biron and her husband Norman of Brimfield, Celeste Dupuis of Sturbridge, Sandra Buckner and her husband Thomas of Fiskdale, Vivian Latour and her husband Henry of Southbridge, Kate Strum of Fiskdale, Julie Blouin and her husband Richard of North Brookfield and Denise Thompson and her husband Clyde of Brimfield; several brother-in laws and sister in laws and several nieces and nephews. Theresa is predeceased by her husband Anthony Mogavero and her brother, Ronald Wassmer. Theresa was born on January 28, 1931 to the (late) Hector and Cecile (Martin) Wassmer in Southbridge, MA and lived in the area all her life. Theresa retired from Sturbridge Comfort Inn, where she worked in housekeeping. She was a member of St. Anne’s Parish in Fiskdale, MA. A graveside service will be held in North Cemetery, Maple Street, Sturbridge, MA on Saturday, August 27th at 10:00 A.M.
