Teena M. Wood

SOUTHBRIDGE - Teena M. (Artruc) Wood, 68, passed away on June 27, 2025, at her residence on Old Sturbridge Road. Teena was born in Palmer, MA, and grew up in Holland, alongside her five siblings. 

She is survived by her mother, Mary Artruc of Truro, daughter, Angela Lucier of Woodstock; her son, Keith Wood of Hilton Head, South Carolina; her brothers, Randy Artruc and Roddy Artruc, from Truro; Ricky Artruc, from Southbridge; her sister, Terry Artruc of Holland; her sister, Tanzy Artruc of Brimfield; her grandchild, Jayzlyn Miller. She was predeceased by her father, Eugene Artruc. 

Teena worked at the accounting offices for Walmart; her work ethic and professionalism were admired by her colleagues and made a lasting impression on those she worked with.

Beyond her professional life, Teena had a variety of hobbies and interests that enriched her life and the lives of those around her. She found joy in attending Bible study, where she nurtured her spiritual life and fostered connections with her community. Teena also had a love for golf, softball, racquetball, and bowling. Additionally, she enjoyed singing karaoke, a pastime that brought laughter and joy to her social gatherings.

Teena's passion for helping others extended into her work with the Special Olympics, where she took pride in contributing to such a meaningful cause. Her engagement with athletes and her support for their endeavors exemplified her kind heart and dedication to making a positive impact.

Teena will be remembered for her unwavering spirit, her love for family, and her passion for life, as well as her beautiful blue eyes and big smile.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday August 2, 2025, from 10AM-12PM at the Belanger Bullard Funeral Home, located at 51 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA.
