BROOKFIELD: Lawrence A. Carey Jr., 28 of Brookfield, died May 15 at UMASS Medical Center. He leaves his wife Kristen (Bradbury) Carey; his parents Lawrence A. Carey Sr. of Southbridge, his mother Mariann (Zurega) Carey of Brookfield, 2 brothers Peter Carey, Gregory Carey, his Aunt Norma, father in law Dan Picanio and mother in law Elaine Picanio of South Windsor, CT, friends and family. He was born in Cambridge, MA and lived in the area most of his life. Larry was attending college in order to achieve his Bachelors Degree. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, music, animals and helping other people. A private funeral service was held in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, Southbridge.
