SOUTHBRIDGE: Kirk Lavallee, 65, of Central Street, passed away peacefully on Saturday August 4, 2018 surrounded by his friends and extended family in the comfort of his own home.
Kirk leaves behind his best friend and son Dylan Lavallee formerly of Woodstock, CT. now of Florida, who was his life and light, his daughter Ruth Mongomrey and two grandchildren Jason and Landon both of Southbridge. He was pre-deceased by his mom Kay Lavallee Briere in 2015.
Kirk was born in Southbridge. He graduated from Bay Path High School in 1973 and worked at the AO for twenty years as a maintenance supervisor and worked several part time jobs.
Kirk loved music and jamming with his friends Laurie and David Caouette. He was an avid walker and a big patriots and Red Sox fan. He loved his family very much and anyone who knew him knew what a great man and father he was.
Kirks battle was short and fierce and he fought to the last breath. He was cared for and loved by Robin and Chris Auger and their large family. They took him in and loved him as a true relative. They surrounded him with love as he left this world.
Kirk wanted to thank all of his good friends for all the good times he had with them and a special thanks to Simon Pizza Chef and all his employees for always caring and understanding.
