Judith Baylies

SOUTHBRIDGE: Judith Baylies, 72, of Cresent St, died Saturday, Dec. 17, at UMASS-Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

 She leaves her 2 brothers Walter Baylies and his wife Carolyn of Charlton,  Lowell Baylies of Charlton, a nephew John Baylies of Charlton and a niece Donna Baylies of Kingmond, AZ, and her best friend Eddie Phiel.

 Judith was born in Southbridge, the daughter of Lester and Elinor (Suter) Baylies, and lived here many years.

 She graduated from Charlton High School in 1957, and also graduated from Becker College as a legal secretary.  She worked for Montague and Desautels Law Office, and at one time worked for Attorney Normandin.  She retired from the Southbridge School System. 

 She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church of Southbridge. 

 Her funeral will be held at NOON on Thursday December 22nd in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St Southbridge.  Burial will follow at Northside Cemetery in Charlton.  Calling hours are from 10:00 AM to NOON prior to the funeral service.
