Joe attended Notre Dame Elementary School in Southbridge and Southbridge Cole Trade High School where he discovered his love of machining.

He first worked for A&M Tool & Die Company until 1976 when he founded and opened Anjo Tool & Mfg.  After parting ways with his partners in 1984, Joe formed, owned and ran Charlton Tool & Mfg out of his home in Charlton, MA.  At the same time, he worked for Morgan Construction Company in Worcester, MA alongside both sons, sharing his passion for development, design and hard‐working ethics.  After passing the business down to Jason in the late 2000s, he retired.

Joe loved to golf, travel, sing and dance, smoke cigars, listen to country music, play Pitch and Texas Hold Em’.  He loved his New York Giants!  He especially loved spending time with his boys.  He was a provider and a loving, caring husband and father.  Joe is greatly missed but we know he is now back with Jan, living happily ever after.
