DOUGLAS: Joseph L. Druzbicki, 81, of 24-8 Charles St., died Friday Sept.11 at Milford after being stricken ill at home. He leaves his wife Urania (Byman) Lederer Druzbicki, a daughter Debbie Waterhouse and her husband Mark of Webster, a daughter-in-law Paula Druzbicki of Oxford, a step-son Earl Lederer and his wife Jayne of Sanford, ME, three grandchildren - Jeremy Waterhouse, Aaron Lederer, Andrew Lederer, and four great grandchildren - Emily, Daniel, Isaac and Grayson. He was predeceased by a son, Douglas, in 2005.
He was born in Webster, the son of Leo and Katherine (Jarocz) Druzbicki and lived in the area all his life.
For many years he was a self employed carpenter, skillfully building and remodeling many homes in the area. After his retirement, he worked part time right up until his death for Monalex Mfg. in .
He was a beloved member of the Douglas Congregation of Jehovah\'s Witnesses where he served as a ministerial servant.
It was Joe\'s pleasure and honor to preach and teach about the good news of God’s kingdom from the Bible.
A Memorial Talk will be given at 3:00PM, Sunday, Sept 20th at the Oxford Kingdom Hall of Jehovah\'s Witnesses, 52 Old Webster Rd..
