John V. Demers

WEBSTER – John V. Demers, 75, passed away peacefully at Life Care Center of Auburn on June 16th, 2026.

John is survived by his wife, Karen Demers of Worcester, and his son, Michael Demers of Colorado, as well as his sister, Robin Fox of Holliston, and his brothers, Earl Demers, Roger Demers, and Paul Demers, all of Charlton. He is also survived by his grandchild, Brandon, as well as many nieces and nephews. 

John was predeceased by his brother, Robert Demers, who passed in 1988.

Born to the late Emery and Norma (Vincent) Demers in Ware, Massachusetts, John went on to graduate from Charlton High School in 1969. In that time, he played and developed a love for sports, particularly in basketball. John also attended some classes at Quinsigamond Community College, before continuing on to begin work at Coca Cola in Worcester. He also worked at Monarch Springs in Shrewsbury before his retirement.

John will be missed for his upbeat, go with the flow attitude. He was a simple man who adored the simple life.
