Jan St. Pierre

MARGATE, FL – Jan Rita (Desmarais) St. Pierre, died unexpectedly on Friday, February 4th, 2022, at Northwest Medical Center in Margate, FL surrounded by her immediate family.
Jan was born on June 27th, 1949, in Southbridge, MA, daughter of the late Roland and Constance (Paulhus) Desmarais.
Jan is survived by her husband (and high school sweetheart) of 54 years, Joseph St. Pierre. Together they raised their family in Charlton, MA until 2013 when they followed their boys to South Florida.
Jan leaves her two sons, Jason St. Pierre and his wife Rebecca of Coconut Creek, FL and Joel St. Pierre and his wife Jennifer of Coral Springs, FL; four grandchildren, Jillian St. Pierre, Jake Gallant, Abigail Gallant and Justin St. Pierre; two brothers, Alan Desmarais of Ashville, NC, William (Billy) Desmarais of Southbridge, MA; her beloved exchange student Fabienne Jeangout of Belgium, along with many, many relatives and lifelong friends.
Jan graduated from Southbridge High School in Southbridge, MA. She started her career as an entrepreneur and retired as an office manager in the dental industry. Jan was an exceptional individual, a confidant, a homemaker, a storyteller, her laughter filled a room. She will be remembered for her love of recipes, cooking, shoes, pocketbooks, playing Pitch, basking in the sun and especially being with her friends and family.
The outpouring of love for Jan has certainly been a tribute to her life. She is sorely missed.
