SOUTHBRIDGE: Jamie Ann Cleveland, 52, passed away on February 26th at Southbridge Skilled Nursing Center, after a long illness.
She leaves her parents Kenneth Cleveland Jr. of Brookfield and her mother Cheryl (Hershey) Cleveland of North Brookfield, a daughter Danielle (Cleveland) Holt of Southbridge, 5 brothers; Kenneth Cleveland III of Falmouth, Scott Cleveland of North Dakota, Mark Cleveland of Southbridge, Christopher Cleveland of Maine, Michael Cleveland of North Brookfield, 3 grandchildren Aidan, Alexandra and Auryn, several nephews and nieces.
Jamie graduated from Tantasqua Regional High School and lived in the Brookfield area all her life.
She worked as a residential counselor for The Bridge of Central MA (now Open Sky) and then SCRRI (now Venture) for many years before her illness.
A memorial service will be held at 4PM, Sunday March 15, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St. Southbridge.
