James Wedge

STURBRIDGE: James C. Wedge, 60, of Maple St, died Tuesday, Nov. 18th at home after an illness. He leaves his wife Nancy MacDonald-Wedge, his mother Cora (Bullard) Wedge of Southbridge, a sister Nancy Allard of Southbridge, 2 nephews Timothy Allard and Christopher Allard. He was predeceased by his father Creighton Wedge in 2001. He graduated form Southbridge High School in 1966 and earned his degree in Social Work. He worked for Tri-Valley Elder Services for 31 years. He was a member of the Sturbridge Lions Club and the Southbridge VFW. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran. Jim did hypnotherapy and was certified with the State of Massachusetts.  He enjoyed photography, fly fishing and running. He ran in no less than 500 marathons and races. He also enjoyed his dog Maggie and his cat Nigel.

At Jim\'s request, his funeral service will be private.There are no calling hours.
