James Macuga

SOUTHBRIDGE:  James Michael Macuga, Jr., 49, of Southbridge passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016.

James is survived by his sister: Laurier Ballou of Danielson, CT; his brother: Jonathan Macuga of Southbridge and his companion Michelle Manning; two aunts: Madeline Cournoyer of Southbridge and Carol Lavallee of Sturbridge; a nephew: Francis Blanchard III of Virginia; a great niece, Kylie Blanchard of Virginia and many cousins.

James was born on December 14, 1966 in Southbridge, the son of the late James and Cheryl (Proulx) Macuga and lived in the area all his life.

He graduated from Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School and went onto to serve for the Marines.  He worked for Slim’ Sewer Service many years ago.  He was a handyman doing many odd and end jobs later in life.

Private services will be held for the family at a later date.

The Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550 is directing arrangements.
