Jacqueline Chouinard

SOUTHBRIDGE - Jacqueline A. Chouinard, (Jackie) 52 years surrounded by her loving family entered peacefully into her eternal place of rest to be with her Lord and savior on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born on April 3rd, 1962 in Hartford Connecticut to John J. Sheehan and Agnes (Becker). She was a graduate of Enfield High school. She was a member of New Life Fellowship Church in Sturbridge Ma. She was a devoted wife and loving mother who dedicated her time to home-school her children. She loved reading the word, singing spiritual songs and spending time with her family. Jackie is survived by her loving husband of 32 years Peter R. Chouinard ; her children Sara E. Chouinard, Peter J. Chouinard and his wife Jessica and Mary R. Chouinard; her sisters Mary LaPointe and husband Walter, Kathleen Hindle and husband Charles, Carolyn Simmons and husband Roger; her brothers John P. Sheehan and Thomas H. Sheehan and wife Deborah; and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to pay their last respects at a Memorial Service which will be held at New Life Fellowship ASAG 307 Sturbridge Road (RT.20) Charlton Ma. 01507 Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 5:00pm
