Gregory F. Choquet

It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Gregory F. Choquet, 44, a resident of Kissimmee, FL, who left this world suddenly on March 16. Gregory, known to his loved ones as Greg, was the husband to Melissa (Sepulveda) Choquet for 7 years. He was a loving father to Cristian Choquet in Southbridge, and a beloved son of Michael and Debra (Soper) Choquet, also of Southbridge. Alongside his grief-stricken family, Greg leaves behind his dear brother Jeffrey Choquet, a step-son Brycen DeShane, currently serving in Japan, two stepdaughters Kiara Rivera of Providence and Tatyana Rodriguez of Orlando, a cherished nephew Andrew Choquet, and numerous friends.

Born in Worcester and later graduating from Southbridge High School in 1997, Greg pursued higher education at Johnson and Wales College where he successfully obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. He dedicated his professional life to being an independent insurance claims adjuster specializing in catastrophic disasters; often immersing himself on-site for extended periods.

Greg and Melissa resided in Woonsocket, RI before making Kissimmee, FL their home in 2022. A spirited adventurer at heart, Greg's passion for travel led him to explore various towns across the United States, visit historical sites like the Alamo, appreciate art museums, delve into historical literature, and immerse himself in the cinematic and literary works featuring Matthew McConaughey.

In Greg's departure, we remember not only the man he was but also the light he brought into the lives of those around him—an adventurous spirit now finding peace in eternal shores while leaving behind cherished memories etched in the hearts of all who knew him.

Calling hours to honor Greg’s memory will be held on Friday, March 22 from 6 to 8 PM at Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home located at 51 Marcy St. Southbridge, MA.
