Glenn Schlegel

Glenn loved all things in nature, from gardening, to fishing, the beach, and taking his beloved dog April for long walks while enjoying the outdoors. He was an extremely generous man whose heart overflowed with love and compassion. Above all else, Glenn loved spending time with his cherished family, especially enjoying Sunday dinners he cooked himself. He also loved to carve walking sticks.

Glenn is survived by his children, Joshua, Sarah, and Matthew; brothers, Rick and his wife Monique, Eric and his wife Wendy, Russ and his wife Traci, and Wayne and his wife Denise; sisters Kelly and Wendy, and her long-time companion Jeff; and grandchildren Julien, Jase, and Andre. He also leaves many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother Douglas.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, July 13, 2015 from 5-8 PM at the Belanger Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St., Southbridge. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. John Paul II Parish at Notre Dame Church, 446 Main St., Southbridge. The family has asked that people wishing to attend the Mass please meet directly at the church.
