HOPEDALE: Florence E. Quoma, 68, of Hopedale Street, died Sunday, October 6, at home after an illness.
She leaves her daughters Barbara Charron and her husband Bob of Webster, Josephine Quoma and her partner Julia Gruseck of Hopedale, Jessica Fernandez of Farmington, New Mexico; Marina Hight and her husband Jayson of Waterville, Maine; Stacey Quoma Viado and her husband Jake of Oxnard CA; and Sarah Ann Quoma of Leesburg, FL. 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, a brother Kenneth Quoma of Florida, a sister Linda Moller of Long Island, NY.
Florence was born in Queens, New York the daughter of Joseph and Josephine (Myer) Quoma.
She worked many years as the games manager for Larry Carr Shows and Old Town in Kissimmee, FL.
She enjoyed watching Law and Order and other television shows. Her favorite color was purple and had a special interest in butterflies, bit most of all she enjoyed the company and playing board games with her grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held at 7PM, on Tuesday, October 15, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St. Southbridge.
Calling hours are 5 to 7Pm prior the funeral service in the funeral home.
