SOUTHBRIDGE: Evelyn M. (Thomas) McKay, 61, of Charlton St. died Saturday, April 7 at UMASS Memorial Hospital. Her husband Donald died several years ago.
She leaves a son David of Boston, 3 brothers Charles, Harry, William and 2 sisters Alice and Ruth, a grandson Sebastian.
She was born in Boston the daughter of Charles and Eva (Miller) Thomas and lived in the area many years.
Evelyn worked for the former Ames Department Store. She enjoyed knitting, reading and playing games on the internet.
Her funeral will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday, April 12, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home, 51 Marcy St, Southbridge. Burial will be in the Massachusetts Veterans Cemetery in Agawam.
