Esther Santos

Esther Santos, 81, passed away Friday, September 5, 2014. Her husband, Jesus Ramos, predeceased her in 2000. She is survived by her 2 sons; Jesus Ramos Jr. of New York and Alex Ramos of Southbridge, a daughter; Elizabeth Ramos Gonzales of Charlton, a sister; Raelea Cales of Brooklyn, 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and family still living in Puerto Rico. A resident of Southbridge for 12 years, Esther was born in Gayanilla, Puerto Rico. She worked in New York City for Jayco Knitware and many years at Woolen Mills. In addition to her family, she loved to knit and watch television. A visitation will be Tuesday, September 9, 2014 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the Italian American Club, 20 North Street, Southbridge, MA 01550. A graveside service will be Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 10:00AM in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Southbridge, MA 01550.
