Elizabeth Lamoureux

SOUTHBRIDGE: Elizabeth R. (Peck) Lamoureux, 95, of Dudley River Rd., died Saturday Jan. 22. Her husband Albert S. Lamoureux died in 2002.

She leaves 2 daughters Gloria Grenier of Southbridge, Annette Blash and her husband Michael of Charlton; a brother Rosairo Peck of Holland, 3 grandchildren Joanne Gibeault, Michael Gibeault and his Connie, Michael J. Balsh, 4 great grandchildren Daniel Gibeault, Wyatt Gibeault, Gage Gibeault, Ebony Blash and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her son Albert W. Lamoureux, 3 brothers Romeo Peck, Albert Peck, Norman Peck, 4 sisters Loraine Menard, Irene Cote, Marie Rose Labonte, Rita Dupree.  

She was born in Southbridge the daughter of the late Arthur and Adeline (Houle) Peck and lived in the area all her life.

She retired from Colony Press and previously worked for the American Optical Co.

She was a member of Notre Dame Parish. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and listening to music.

Her funeral will be held at Tuesday, Jan 25 with a Mass at 10:00AM in Notre Dame Church, 446 Main St. Southbridge. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, Woodstock Rd, Southbridge. A calling hour will be held from 8:30AM to 9:30 AM in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. At her request please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to a charity of one’s choice.
