EASTHAMPTON: David J. Paquette, 50, died unexpectedly on January 20.
He leaves his son Bryon D Paquette, his parents Lawrence and Geraldine (Hickey) Paquette all of of Easthampton; Siblings Sandra Paquette of Erving; Karen and husband, Daniel Steiler of Des Moines, IA; Paul Paquette of Easthampton, Susan Paquette and partner Dennis Letters of Holyoke; Steve Paquette and wife Lisa of Roanoke, VA; Lisa and husband Jonathan Krach of Southbridge; and three granddaughters Abby, Bailey and Natalie with many nieces and nephews.
David was a excellent Carpenter, dart player and artist. We remember him most for his hand-sketched greeting cards, being a prankster and his love of family, especially for his son and was excited to be blessed with his granddaughters. David attended Smith Vocational High School and was in the Army National Guard. Although David had many trials and struggled in his life, he always remained optimistic, shared an infectious smile and was a kind person.
A private funeral was held in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home in Southbridge.
