David Keets

SOUTHBRIDGE: David J. Keets, 68, of Village Drive died Sunday, September 20 at Harrington Memorial Hospital after being stricken ill at home.

He leaves his long time companion of thirty-five years, Debra Schenk; four sons: David Keets of Laconia, N.H., Joel Keets of Meredith, N.H., Tyrone Davis of Pittsfield, Jeffrey Davis of Quincy; two daughters: Valerie Harris and her daughter Jessica of Panama City, FL and Christina Correa of Quincy, MA;and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his wife Catherine (Roberts) Keets of Meredith, NH. Two brothers, Donald and Allen Keets predeceased him.

David was born in Boston, MA on September 29, 1946, the son of Harry J. and Marion C. (Hollister) Keets.

David worked as an auto mechanic in Weymouth for all his life prior to retirement and moving to Southbridge in 2010. 

Private services were held for the family.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
