Carmen Perez

Carmen Perez died at home Monday, November 3, 2014 at theage of 63. She is survived by two sons: Daniel Caez and Alejandro Caez both ofOrlando, FL and two daughters: Patricia Padeni of Southbridge and Johanna Dazof Leicester, three brothers: Tito Perez of Southbridge, Hector Perez ofMaryland and Carlos Perez of Southbridge, a sister: Carmen M. Perez of PuertoRico, the father of her children: Carmello Caez, 13 grandchildren, 3great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Carmen was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico the daughter of TitoPerez and the late Carmen Rivera. She attendedcollege for nursing and interior design before moving to Southbridge where sheworked for Schotts Fiberoptics for over eighteen years until herretirement.
