SOUTHBRIDGE: Carmen Miranda, 77, of Hamilton St. died Thursday, June 9, at UMASS Hospital. Her husband Marcelino Miranda died Dec. 17, 2006. She leaves her sons Jose Miranda of Southbridge, Julio Miranda of Puerto rico, Dario Miranda of Southbridge, her daughters Awilda Miranda of Puerto Rico, Maria Molina of Southbridge, Mery Miranda of Puerto Rico, Juanita Miranda of Puerto rico, Paulita Miranda of Puerto rico, Aida Gonzalez of Southbridge, Luz Morales of Southbridge, Maria Rosiaro of Southbridge, Elizabeth Miranda of Southbridge, brothers Celin Miranda of FL., Angel R Miranda (deceased), Jose Antonio Miranda (deceased) Angel Miranda of Leominster, Marcelino Miranda of Puerto Rico, sisters Angelita Miranda of Puerto,Rico, Macin Miranda of Puerto Rico, Maria Miranda of Puerto Rico, 37 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

 She was a member of St. Mary’s parish and belonged to several of the church’s groups. She enjoyed trips to Puerto Rico but most of all she enjoyed her family.

 Calling hours are 5:00PM to 8:00PM Tuesday, June 14, in the Belanger-Bullard Funeral Home 51 Marcy St. Southbridge. Her funeral Mass will be held at 10:00AM in, Wednesday, June 15, in St. Mary’s Church, Hamilton Street, Southbridge. Burial will follow in ST. Mary's Cemetery
